This Mykonos boutique hotel serves as a paradigm of contemporary Mediterranean architecture, meticulously blending authentic Cycladic tradition with the highest order of modern design and luxury. Inspired by the very essence of "Bliss," designing every detail to evoke this feeling of blissful relaxation in the visitor.
The core design philosophy behind the project was to create a sanctuary of serenity that integrates flawlessly with the island's wild, yet charming, landscape. This philosophy, a direct interpretation of the word "Cozy," informed the architectural design.
The result is a structure characterized by clean, organic forms and the extensive use of natural materials. Local exposed stone, warm wood in the pergolas, and classic Cycladic white form a high-aesthetic palette. In the interior, the "Cozy" philosophy is continued with textures, custom lighting, and earth tones to ensure immediate guest relaxation.
A particular focus was placed on exterior landscape design, specifically curated to enhance the magic of the Aegean and the concept of outdoor living. We created an evocative infinity pool, complete with its signature "floating" stone islands that host comfortable cushioned daybeds.
This element creates a seamless visual continuum with the endless blue. Integrated Mediterranean flora olive trees, bougainvillea, and lavender enhances the bioclimatic nature of the hotel.
