Earthitect, in Heraklion Crete, introduces a new narrative for contemporary living in Greece and the Mediterranean.

The project bridges the nature of the city's outskirts with the urban fabric, "marrying" the qualities of the detached house with the logic of a modern micro-community. Comprised of 12 luxurious, energy-autonomous residences, Earthitect departs from the model of the typical apartment building and consideration (antiparochi).

Here, the concept of the party wall is abolished. Each residence retains the privacy and autonomy of a detached house with a private pool, garden, and unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea, yet integrates into a harmonious whole.

The architecture is based on sustainable design and adaptability. The residences are surrounded by atria, planted roofs, and private courtyards that create microclimates and bring nature indoors. At the same time, discreet common areas, such as outdoor cinema and gathering spaces, enhance the sense of community.

Earthitect proposes an intimate, authentic way of life with a contemporary, smooth luxury approach, ready to respond to the needs of future generations.
