Perigiali concerns the design of a cluster of eight private villas in Lefkada, set on a sloping site with unobstructed views towards the Ionian Sea.

The composition is based on the dispersion of volumes, carefully positioned within the landscape so that each residence maintains its autonomy while ensuring privacy and uninterrupted views to the horizon.

The architecture follows the natural topography, with subtle interventions and stepped levels that allow the project to be embedded within the terrain. Intermediate outdoor spaces, planted areas, and private pools establish a balanced relationship between built and unbuilt, forming a cohesive yet non-imposing ensemble.

Material choices draw from the local architectural language of Lefkada, incorporating stone, timber, and natural textures in a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean living. The villas are organized around outdoor living areas, where covered terraces and framed openings reinforce the continuity between interior and exterior space.

The project adopts a calm and measured approach to inhabiting the landscape, where architecture acts as a backdrop to the experience of place and the presence of the horizon.
